Information on home delivery to Japan

・Price includes shipping to any door in Japan, excluding the Izu Islands and Ogasawara Islands.

-Shipping to Okinawa will incur an additional $15 fee , and to Hokkaido an additional $ 5 fee.

・Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.

- The handling period, origin, and size may vary depending on the harvest season and weather fluctuations.

・It usually takes about 10 to 14 days for your product to arrive after placing your order . However, seasonal products such as fruit may take longer to arrive as harvest times vary depending on the local weather.

-If you place multiple orders, the shipping origin will vary depending on the product, so the arrival dates may differ even if you order on the same day.

・Delivery dates can be specified 10-14 days or later from the order date (3 days for flowers). Please let us know your desired delivery date when placing your order.
However, for seasonal products such as fruits, delivery dates cannot be specified.

・You will be notified of delivery completion by email. If you would like to be notified by email , please let us know your email address.

- If the forwarding or re-delivery is due to the customer's responsibility, such as moving or an unknown address, an additional fee will be charged to the customer.

-Price includes all shipping to any door in the mainland excluding Hawaii and Alaska, but there is an additional $15 shipping charge for deliveries to the East Coast, including Florida.

・Delivery will be made by FEDEX. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

・It takes approximately 7 to 14 days for your product to arrive after placing your order . However, delivery may take longer during busy periods such as holidays.

-Delivery is only available on weekdays and delivery dates cannot be specified.

- If the re-delivery is due to the customer's fault, such as moving or an unknown address, an additional fee will be charged.
