The SENKA Online Store is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, via your computer or smartphone (except during system maintenance).

However, delivery to Okinawa is $15.00 per item.
There is an additional shipping fee of $5.00 to Hokkaido.

Reward point

Earn 1 point for every $25 you spend.
Points can be redeemed for a coupon worth $10.

STEP 1Log In

If this is your first time, please create a new account first.

First-time customers

  1. 1. Click the "Account" icon at the top right of the screen to open the "Login" page.
  2. 2. Follow the on-screen instructions and enter the email address you wish to register.
  3. 3. A 6-digit verification code will be sent from "SENKA INTERNATIONAL" to your registered email address.*It may arrive in your spam folder.
  4. 4. Enter the verification code sent to your email and log in.

Returning customers

  1. 1. Click the Account button and enter your email address.
  2. 2. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email and log in.

STEP 2Add Items to Cart

Select the items you want and add them to your cart.

  1. 1. From the "For Japan" or "For USA" category on the top page, choose the items you want.
  2. 2. On the product page, check the size and quantity, then adjust the amount with the "+" and "−" buttons. You can also choose gift-wrapping and evening-delivery options here.
  3. 3. Once you've confirmed the details, click "Add to Cart."
U.S. products and Japanese products cannot be purchased together. Please order them separately.

  1. 4. Click "View Cart" to see a list of the items in your cart.
  2. 5. To keep shopping, click the "×" at the top right of the cart to close it.*The "×" button closes the cart. It does not delete items.

STEP 4Edit & Review Your Cart

From the cart screen, you can change items and redeem your points.

  1. 6. To remove an item, click the trash icon.
  2. 7. To change the quantity, adjust it with the "−" and "+" buttons.
  3. 8. To ship to multiple addresses (for Japan only), click address selection and specify the destinations.*U.S. products cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Please place a separate order for each destination.
  4. 9. To use Rewards (loyalty points), click the Reward button to apply them.
  5. 10. If you'd like to include a message, please enter it. Emojis and special characters cannot be used.
  6. 11. If everything is correct, click the Checkout button.

Enter the delivery information to proceed with your order.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your contact and shipping information.
  • After logging in, you can choose from your saved shipping addresses.
  • Review the details and follow the on-screen guidance to complete your order.
*Please note: additional shipping fees apply for delivery to Hokkaido ($5), Okinawa ($15), and Hawaii ($60).

STEP 6Enter Payment Information

Enter your credit card information to complete your order.

  • Enter your credit card details on the payment screen.

⚠ For customers using a credit card issued in Japan

Because this is a payment on an overseas website, your card company's security system may block the transaction. If that happens, please contact your card company directly to confirm that overseas payments are enabled.
