Chardonnay (white)
Cabernet Sauvignon (red)
Karl Wente, who immigrated from Germany in 1849 as one of the "49ers" during the California Gold Rush, purchased 19 hectares of land in Livermore Valley and founded Wente Winery in 1883. Even during the Prohibition era, the winery was permitted to produce wine for Mass, and it has been known as "America's oldest continuously family-owned winery" and has been loved for over 120 years.
Chardonnay: This Arroyo Seco Chardonnay is described as a natural fruit. The juice obtained on the lees is aged in barrels for 12 months, so you can enjoy the aroma of green apples followed by the fragrant notes of graham crackers. This set includes a crisp dry wine and a mellow red wine.
Cabernet Sauvignon: Aged for 18 months in French and American oak, the Cabernet Sauvignon used in this wine comes from Chateau Margaux, and combines plum and berry flavors with the silky tannins of Petit Verdot for an elegant style.

Roast beef is originally a traditional British dish. A chunk of beef is steamed in an oven, then thinly sliced and served with gravy. It is often eaten with condiments such as horseradish, mustard, and watercress. Roast beef is also popular in sandwiches, and the secret to its deliciousness is to cook it until the inside is still slightly red. It is served with a soy-based sauce and horseradish.
In Japan, it is also popular to eat it Japanese style with soy sauce and wasabi as condiments.

The freshest lobsters are taken out of the tank just before shipping and delivered alive. This world-class delicacy will add a touch of elegance to your dining table.
The French name lobster, Homard, means "hammer," and is derived from the fact that its claws resemble hammers. However, these claws are used solely for intimidation, and the small maxillae around its mouth are used to dig living holes and catch food. Lobsters are ferocious and it is not uncommon for them to injure each other, so once landed, lobsters immediately secure their claws with rubber bands or similar. Lobsters live solitary lives, digging holes in shallow sea reefs or gravel bottoms. They have an extremely long lifespan, with some estimated to be around 100 years old having been discovered.
There are many ways to prepare lobster, but for American-style cooking, try boiling or steaming it and serving it with lemon juice and melted butter. You can also halve it lengthwise and grill or roast it, or even make it into a bisque soup, which brings out the flavor of the lobster. It can also be used in Chinese seafood dishes, and sashimi is exceptional for its freshness and texture. This product is perfect for parties at home or as a gift for celebrations.
