Cabernet Sauvignon: A deep, vibrant red with purple hues. The aroma is rich, blending black plum and currant with mocha, brown sugar, and toasted notes from barrel aging. The palate is smooth, with blackberry flavors unfolding alongside dark chocolate, espresso beans, vanilla, and molasses. This is a rich, concentrated wine with a solid structure.
Sauvignon Blanc: Pale yellow in color with hints of young green. Flavors of lime, kiwi, and caper are balanced with a rich grapefruit aroma. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with aromas of grapefruit, guava, lemon, and other citrus fruits. This is a delicate wine with a rich, mellow flavor and a lively finish.
