Cabernet Sauvignon (red) x 1

Karl Wente, who immigrated from Germany in 1849 as one of the "49ers" during the California Gold Rush, purchased 19 hectares of land in Livermore Valley and founded Wente Winery in 1883. Even during the Prohibition era, the winery was permitted to produce wine for Mass, and it has been known as "America's oldest continuously family-owned winery" and has been loved for over 120 years.

Cabernet Sauvignon: Aged for 18 months in French and American oak, the Cabernet Sauvignon used in this wine comes from Chateau Margaux, and combines plum and berry flavors with the silky tannins of Petit Verdot to create an elegant style.
