WENTE Sparkling and Red Wine Set W08

Karl Wente, who immigrated from Germany in 1849 as one of the "49ers" during the California Gold Rush, purchased 19 hectares of land in Livermore Valley and founded Wente Winery in 1883. Even during the Prohibition era, the winery was permitted to produce wine for Mass, and it has been known as "America's oldest continuously family-owned winery" and has been loved for over 120 years.

Brut Reserve (Champagne)

The Pinot Noir's moderate weight and the Pinot Blanc's pear aroma and nutty flavor are exquisite. This champagne-style sparkling wine is aged for at least three years in our own sandstone caves. This set includes a champagne-style sparkling wine, which was also served at the Academy Awards party, and a mellow red wine.

Cabernet Sauvignon (red)

Aged for 18 months in French and American oak, the Cabernet Sauvignon used in this wine comes from Chateau Margaux, and the plum and berry flavors are complemented by the silky tannins of Petit Verdot, creating an elegant style.
