"Honjo no Hana" from Kishu Honjo Umeyoshi is a masterpiece made from natural Nankou plums that are painstakingly dried twice and then lightly salted. This premium pickled plum from southern Kishu is a very popular gift item. It has a low salt content of approximately 11%.
