This Salmon Roe comes from Hokkaido, Japan which is the most northern part of Japan. Hokkaido is the ideal place for salmons because of the weather conditions and the ice cold water. In Japanese salmon roe is “Ikura” and are typically found at Sushi Restaurants but is enjoyable in many other ways. This Salmon Roe is seasoned with an original liquid so that each roe gets the full seasoning flavor.
